Butterfly, opened in Marlia in December 1997, occupies a restored country house whose main dining room, a Tuscan-style winter garden, opens onto the park. Chef Fabrizio Girasoli leads a modern Italian kitchen that evokes memories of local flavours using seasonal, local ingredients; the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star. Tasting menus, including vegetarian and vegan options, are available and calm dogs are welcome.
