Osteria Stella in Masone is a historic osteria opened in 1972 by Caterina and Michele and reopened on 2 June 2024. Born as a bar and later a trattoria serving workers during the A26 construction, the kitchen is now led by chefs Michela Macciò and Michele Massa, who focus on Ligurian and inland ingredients. The restaurant is selected by the MICHELIN Guide.
