Located in Merano, Sissi was opened by Andrea Fenoglio in 1991 and moved to its current location in 1998; Fenoglio still leads the kitchen and the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star. Housed in a historic Liberty-style building, the main dining room overlooks the Princely Castle and the Tappeiner promenade. The kitchen presents modern and classic dishes with options including the SETTEPIATTI seven-course surprise, the CINQUEPIATTI five-course (also available vegetarian) and a three-course à la carte; no dress code is required.
