Horto is the rooftop restaurant in Cordusio, Milan, awarded one MICHELIN star. Its organic, short-supply kitchen uses only fresh ingredients sourced within an hour, supplied by 25 local producers from the Parco Naturale del Ticino, the Valli Orobiche, the Prealpine lakes and the Adda Leonardesca. Menus are built each morning and feature signature dishes such as veal tongue in red wine with Parisienne potatoes and cherries, alongside three-, five- or seven-course vegetarian options.
