Sine by Di Pinto in Milan is led by chef Roberto Di Pinto, a Neapolitan who bases his cooking on Campanian roots and Mediterranean, seasonal ingredients. The MICHELIN-starred restaurant includes a private dining room and offers a Kitchen Experience that brings guests into the kitchen; the menu pairs techniques learned abroad with Neapolitan gastronomic traditions.
