Hosteria Giusti in Modena was established in 1989 by converting the old salumeria slaughterhouse and remains a family-run spot with only four tables. In the kitchen grandmother Laura, supported by her grandson Daniele, prepares regional Emilian dishes featuring hand-rolled egg pasta; Matteo oversees the wine selection and the Bottiglieria.
