In Modica's historic centre, Dabbanna offers modern Sicilian cuisine built on local, seasonal ingredients: refined first courses, meat and fish mains and vegetable side dishes typical of the area. The chef creates dishes that highlight traditional products; the intimate, welcoming venue seats about 90 guests indoors and outdoors and is linked to the long-established Cabbanna rosticceria, opened in 1971.
