Set in the Modican countryside among dry-stone walls, orchards and olive trees, the modern venue includes a dining room topped by a spacious terrace. The kitchen relies on ingredients chosen by the chef — vegetables, meats, fish, cheeses and flours — and explores techniques such as fermentation.
