Borgo Sant'Anna sits in a small borgo in Monforte d'Alba amid Nebbiolo vineyards; opened in 2019, the kitchen is led by chef Pasquale Laera and the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star. The menu pairs Langhe ingredients with Mediterranean touches and follows seasonal rhythms, while the cellar houses over 1,400 labels and barrels where Nebbiolo ages toward Barolo. Since 2021 a vineyard-facing veranda and the informal Dietrolacucina space broaden the venue.
