Boccon DiVino, opened in 1992 in the town of Montalcino, is a family-run restaurant founded by Mario and Vanna Fiorani. The kitchen has been led by Alessandra Fiorani since 1997 and offers dishes such as Antico Peposo, Senatore Cappelli spaghettoni and Gnocchi di Mario, made using Frantoio Franci olive oil, Caseificio Mezzavia goat cheese and eggs from Elia Nicoletti. Staff speak English, French and Spanish.
