Osteria L'Orciaia in Montebenichi occupies the old orciaia of a sixteenth-century palazzo in the medieval village, with indoor seating and a small outdoor dehor. Since 2000 it has focused on traditional Tuscan cooking using local, seasonal ingredients: fresh pici and tagliatelle, ribollita, panzanella, fagioli del purgatorio al fiasco, cinta senese pork and homemade desserts, with a cellar of regional wines.
