Roma, in the town of Montoggio, preserves a family history begun by great-grandmother Luigina at the start of the twentieth century; today the kitchen is led by Stefano, who has worked there for more than ten years. The menu highlights seasonal Ligurian and Piedmontese dishes—handmade pasta, vegetables from Uncle Mario's garden, mushrooms, truffle and fresh fish—with items such as seafood crudités and Fassone tartare with white truffle in season.
