Al Pilèr is a restaurant in the historic centre of Nicosia launched in 2021 and led by chef Hermes Picone. It focuses on Sicilian cuisine and grilled preparations, with signature dishes such as a poached egg on purple potato cream with basil, a black-ink tortello with creamed cod, dark chocolate and white truffle, and cod-based specialties. The dining room occupies an old historic building.
