Granaro del Monte in Norcia is a historic restaurant operating since 1850 that serves regional cuisine focused on local, organic ingredients. Many supplies come from the Vallaccone farm, a protected estate with 100 hectares of woodland and 25 hectares of organic crops producing cereals and legumes. The venue occupies a historic building with guest rooms and a wellness center and presents the Grande Menù alla Carta.
