Orti Villadorata is the restaurant of the Country House Villadorata Resort in Noto, a late 19th‑century rural estate with a 23‑hectare certified organic farm including olive groves, almond orchards, citrus trees and a small vineyard. The kitchen is led by Chef Matteo Carnaghi and relies on produce from the estate and local small producers; cooking centers on a wood‑fired thermo‑cooker fed with the farm's prunings. The restaurant offers a single tasting menu (individual dishes are also available) and a wine list focused on Sicilian labels, biodynamic and ancestral wines, and D.O.C. Marsala.
