Salvo Cacciatori is a historic restaurant in the heart of Oneglia, established in 1905 and housed in its current premises since 1919. Its modern Ligurian cuisine, with an open kitchen visible from the dining room since 1958, highlights local fish and filled pastas: seared squid with artichokes and bouillabaisse notes, rabbit agnolotti and Carnaroli risotto with mantis shrimp. The dining rooms retain architectural features that reflect the venue's long history.
