Ristorante Andrea, located in the historic centre of Palazzolo Acreide, is led by the same chef who started the activity in 1996 and serves Sicilian cuisine based on seasonal ingredients and products from the Iblei area, reflecting local history and traditions. The restaurant has renovated dining rooms, a summer veranda and a few rooms for guests; in season it uses vegetables from its organic garden and the Iblei black truffle. It has been awarded the Bib Gourmand MICHELIN.
