I Giardini dei Rodo occupies an old dammuso in Pantelleria, with dining among orange trees and the option to enjoy a glass of passito on the roofs. The kitchen, led by the chef, highlights local ingredients — capers, zibibbo grapes and olives — in dishes such as busiate with Pantelleria pesto, sea urchin spaghetti and a large raw seafood selection. Opened after the dammuso's renovation in 2015, it is selected by the MICHELIN Guide and features a wide regional wine list.
