Ristorante Cocchi, established by Paride in 1925 and now led by Davide Malinverni with his children and staff, is a historic venue on the edge of Parma. It focuses on traditional Parmigian cooking: cured meats, long-aged Parmigiano Reggiano, hand-rolled pastas, the mixed bollito cart, Savarin rice pudding, anolini in broth and classic desserts; there is also a taverna-enoteca with a private room.
