Inkiostro is a Michelin-starred restaurant in Parma led by a chef from Catanzaro who trained from 2002 with Peppino Sirianni and developed his skills in European kitchens including Fischer Friz (Regent Hotel) and the Adlon's Essen Zimmer in Berlin. The menu pairs international technical rigour with local ingredients; the cellar holds over 900 wine labels and about 150 spirits.
