L'Officina, opened in 2006 in Perugia's historic centre (Borgo XX Giugno), was founded by Joannis Karakousis together with Ada Stifani and offers cuisine focused on local, seasonal ingredients prepared with modern techniques. The dining room hosts rotating art exhibitions, the cellar holds over 800 labels including organic and biodynamic producers, and the menu features a 12-tasting selection with wine pairings available separately.
