Nostrano is the restaurant led by chef Stefano Ciotti, opened in Pesaro in 2015 and holder of one MICHELIN star. The kitchen focuses on the Adriatic combination of land and sea, with dishes developed from detailed study of ingredients, the supply chain and cooking techniques that blend modern methods with homemade procedures. The restaurant sits on the seafront beside the Sfera Grande by Arnaldo Pomodoro.
