Café Les Paillotes in Pescara is the Gourmet Restaurant of Lido delle Sirene, focused on modern seafood and selected by the MICHELIN Guide. The kitchen is led by chef Daniele D'Alberto, trained at the Filippo De Cecco hospitality school with experience alongside chefs such as Gianfranco Vissani, Moreno Cedroni and Il Pellicano, while chef Heinz Beck contributes to menu decisions. The cellar holds about 450 labels and over a thousand references, including organic and biodynamic wines.
