Sant’Agostino in Piacenza occupies the courtyard of its deconsecrated namesake church: born from the monastery’s former carpentry, the restaurant also uses a garden as an outdoor dining room. Chef Mauro Brina leads a modern kitchen that highlights local ingredients according to the seasons, working with few components and drawing on French classical techniques; interiors pair design pieces with grey and aqua tones.
