Innocenti Wine Experiences is an enoteca-restaurant in Poggibonsi founded in 2008 by Gianni and Francesco; in 2025 the same project opened a second venue in central Florence. The dining room is lined with shelves holding about 1,200 labels: tasting tables and a glazed veranda sit among the racks, many wines are available by the glass and bottles are served at the table without surcharge. The kitchen, led by Thomas Palmieri, focuses on creative dishes mainly of meat with some seafood options and offers three tasting menus (Cuvée, Nature, Prestige) recommended with glass pairings.
