Da Tuccino is a seafood restaurant in Polignano a Mare with a sea-facing panoramic terrace and a history dating back to 1968. Head chef Pasquale Centrone personally selects the catch: the menu highlights raw seafood such as scampi, Gallipoli purple prawns and mussels, carpaccios and cooked dishes like orecchiette with cuttlefish ink, mixed fried fish and salt-baked prawns. The wine list includes over 1,000 labels with a focus on whites; desserts are prepared by the chef.
