Località Riale, 28863 · Ponte
Walser Schtuba is an inn with rooms in Ponte, located at 1,800 metres and home to a restaurant led by chef Sormani. The kitchen works in small, handcrafted batches using natural leaven, producing leavened goods, bread, oil and other local specialties. The timber dining room in traditional Walser style overlooks alpine slopes; in summer there are outdoor tables and a bar offering beers, spirits and selected wines.
