Cracco Portofino is located in the centre of Portofino, overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio from the historic ex-Pitosforo premises redesigned by Studio Peregalli. Opened in 2021 as a project led by Carlo Cracco, the kitchen is headed by chef Mattia Pecis. The restaurant uses only fish from the Gulf and an on-site garden cultivated with the Fescion Farmers; the dish called Orto changes with the seasons and its summer version featured more than thirty tomato varieties.
