Fradis Minoris in Pula is a restaurant awarded one MICHELIN star, located on a narrow strip of land between sea and lagoon inside the Laguna di Nora nature park, with large windows overlooking the bay. Chef Francesco Stara, with over fifteen years of international experience, bases the kitchen on the catch brought back by fisherman Mario and local boats, and on local leaves, berries and flowers. The venue features an open kitchen, sea-facing terraces and furnishings made from recycled materials.
