I Banchi in Ragusa Ibla, selected by the MICHELIN Guide, is the restaurant of Ciccio Sultano and Gabriella Cicero housed in a historic cave in the town centre. The kitchen, led by Sultano together with Marco Corallo and Federico Paz Zavalia, focuses on Sicilian dishes and an on-site bakery using ancient-grain flours to produce breads such as pane Sultano, pane di quartiere and handmade scacce filled with ricotta and Cosacavaddu ibleo. The venue features a dining room displaying works by Giovanni Robustelli, outdoor seating, a dedicated cellar and a shop offering Sultano-branded products and local specialties.
