Il Sole di Ranco is a restaurant and hotel on Lake Maggiore in Ranco, established by the Brovelli family in 1850 and today led in the kitchen by chef Davide Brovelli with the support of Cristina and Andrea. The creative kitchen highlights local ingredients; the menu includes dishes such as carpaccio di ricciola marinata, risotto con scampi e burrata and tagliolini al ristretto di gamberi. Dining is also offered on the lakeside pergola.
