Locanda Margon in Ravina is Casa Ferrari’s restaurant, set in a country residence with terraces, gardens and rows of vines. Since July 2019 executive chef Edoardo Fumagalli has led the Lunelli family’s culinary project, concentrating on mountain-sourced ingredients, clear flavours and light preparations grounded in ingredient knowledge, technical skill and creative freedom.
