Da Lucio was founded in 2019 by chef Jacopo Ticchi and is now run together with Nicolas Barosi; the restaurant is situated over the water on Rimini’s private darsena. The kitchen concentrates on dry‑aging (frollatura) of large fish and on using less noble parts, with cooking on a charcoal grill and in a wood‑fired oven. The open kitchen and central grill are visible from the dining room and the team exceeds thirty people.
