La Ripadoro is an agriturismo in the village of Rivalto housed in the 19th-century Palazzo Cortesi, with intimate rooms and fireplaces, a historic cellar, a centuries-old park and olive groves producing Oliobono oil. Chef Luca Cannizzo leads traditional Tuscan cooking using km-zero produce from the Scateni farm and nearby suppliers. Giovanni Pascoli stayed in Rivalto in 1894 and visited the cellar in 1895.
