Locanda Sensi in Rivergaro was created by Simone Barani through the renovation of a farmhouse; the inn opened in May 2018 and the restaurant emphasizes seasonal ingredients and grilled dishes, with wood as a central element. The dining area is spread over two floors (18 covers on the ground floor, up to 20 upstairs) and is part of the inn that includes suites and the La Pace dei Sensi wellness centre.
