Moma in Rome, opened in November 2003 and led by chef Andrea Pasqualucci, is a restaurant of creative modern cuisine emphasizing seasonal ingredients and collaborations with small producers and breeders. Awarded one MICHELIN star in 2018, it offers an à la carte menu, a four-course lunch tasting (with optional wine pairing) and two evening tasting menus: Momenti (six courses) and Cambiamenti (seven).
