Chef Puleio focuses on carefully selected raw ingredients, building a small network of suppliers to enhance seasonal primizie and flavors that evoke memory. The team includes Vincenzo Tufano and Tommaso Salvati; the restaurant received a MICHELIN Star on 8 November 2022.
