QUID is a rooftop restaurant in the heart of Rome, housed in a late 19th-century building in the historic center. The kitchen is led by Juan Camilo Quintero, the result of a collaboration consolidated with Enrico Bartolini that began in 2019 at Borgo San Felice; it presents creative dishes with a modern approach. Spaces defined by light, materials and volumes are kept essential to enhance the plates.
