Cocun Cellar Restaurant is the enoteca set in the cellar of Ciasa Salares in San Cassiano, selected by the MICHELIN Guide. The kitchen blends Italian roots with international influences and focuses on quality ingredients: an extensive wine list, a cheese room with over 60 raw-milk cheeses and a chocolate collection of more than 120 varieties. Jan Clemens leads the wine tastings; the venue also offers Fondue Chinoise and Fondue di Fontina.
