Antica Osteria del Mirasole in San Giovanni in Persiceto was established in 1989 by Franco Cimini and is run together with Anna Caretti. Chef Cimini leads an Emilian kitchen offering dishes such as Tortellini alla Panna Mirasole® and a traditional ragù di cortile, also available through the restaurant's Bottega Online. The rustic osteria features two small dining rooms, a stone fireplace and two upstairs rooms reached via a 16th-century spiral staircase.
