Since 1991 La Credenza, located at the La Mandria Golf Club in San Maurizio Canavese, has offered creative cuisine in a setting that blends wood, copper, walnut, stone and glass. The main dining room, with a large window, opens onto a terrace arranged like an oriental garden; a small kitchen garden supplies aromatic herbs picked fresh for teas and culinary use. Inside there is an 18th-century wine vault where bottles are stored; the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star.
