Al Metrò, led by the Fossaceca brothers and holder of a MICHELIN star, is a restaurant in San Salvo Marina founded in 1999 in the premises of the family’s former pastry shop. Chef Nicola focuses on Adriatic fish and local ingredients with modern technique; Antonio oversees a wine list ranging from local labels to prominent overseas names, with attention to small producers and natural wines. The dining room was refurbished in 2015 by architect Leonardo De Carlo, emphasizing light and materials.
