Family-run trattoria in the town of Sandrigo, Palmerino - Il Bacalà a Sandrigo continues a culinary tradition begun in 1947 by the Chemello family, founded by grandmother Luigia and her son Palmerino. The kitchen focuses on Venetian cooking and seafood, notably Bacalà alla Vicentina with polenta, hand-rolled fresh pasta, potato gnocchi and local products such as Asiago. Antonio regularly travels to Rost in the Lofoten to source stockfish.
