Trattoria da Amerigo, established in 1934 in the town of Savigno, is a historic trattoria with three dining rooms accessed through a Bottega offering traditional products from the Colli Bolognesi. The kitchen is led by chef Alberto Bettini and the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star. The venue also includes five guest rooms at the Locanda, furnished with 20th‑century design pieces, and the kitchen was recently upgraded to improve efficiency and broaden cooking techniques.
