Chalet Gerard’s restaurant is the dining venue of the eponymous boutique hotel in Selva di Val Gardena, with views of the surrounding peaks. Born from the small mountain eatery Gerard opened in 1964, it remains family-run: the Mussner kitchen highlights local ingredients and traditional recipes — including Helga’s renowned strudel — while incorporating creative touches. The hotel and restaurant are managed today by daughters Nives and Alexa.
