Dalla Libera is a trattoria in Sernaglia della Battaglia, opened in 1966 as the osteria Enal and known as Trattoria dalla Libera since 1970. The restaurant remains family-run: it was started by Libera (born in 1928) with her sister Angelina, and since 1987 Andrea has worked in the kitchen alongside his aunt. The menu features local traditional dishes, notably spiedo and trippe, alongside more recent proposals rooted in the area's culinary heritage.
