Patauner is located in the centre of Settequerce in the historic 1664 building known as the Vogelmeierhof. Chef Florian leads a regional, traditional kitchen with Mediterranean touches, focusing on seasonal local ingredients such as Margarete asparagus from Terlan, porcini, pumpkins, chestnuts and local game; jams, mostardas, chutneys and desserts are made in-house. The wine list highlights Terlan and South Tyrolean labels and the restaurant is selected by the MICHELIN Guide.
