Campo Cedro, located in the historic centre of Siena a short walk from Porta Ovile and five minutes from Piazza del Campo, offers an intimate setting with a restored interior and a small outdoor resede. The kitchen is led by chef Kohsuke Sugihara, a Tokyo Cooking Academy graduate with training in Japanese, Chinese and French cuisine. Since opening in 2018 he focuses on quality ingredients and inventive pairings that bring Italian and Mediterranean flavours together with oriental hints.
