Gallo Nero is the gourmet restaurant of the historic Casatorre dei Leoni residence in central Siena, housed in a 13th-century palazzo. Selected by the MICHELIN Guide, it focuses on regional dishes sourced from small producers: handmade pasta and in-house bakery, with plates such as the three-meat raviolo with smoked cream and truffle or potato spaghetti with pesto and burrata. A young kitchen brigade operates in a dining area that includes an ancient Etruscan tufa cave and a wine list of over 300 labels.
