Regina Lucia overlooks the Piazza del Duomo in Ortigia, Siracusa, and is housed in an 18th-century baroque noble palace. Since 2016 the modern kitchen has been led by chefs Roberta Gallo and Salvatore Calleri, who present dishes such as shellfish ravioli with Ibleo pesto, Tumminia tagliolini with red mullet ragù and pistachio-crusted sea bass. The menu highlights local produce and seafood, including ricotta ravioloni with cherry tomato and Ragusano flakes and lightly seared tuna with almond-pistachio caponata.
